The daily grind during the week was bad enough, with janitorial work being what it is, but now they want to cap it off with a mandatory three-hour "workshop" (how I despise that term) on Sexual Harassment and Right To Know? That right to know shit is an important right that was inacted when the OSHA act was passed. I've taken the eight hour mandatory class that you are required to take in Massachusetts when doing construction. Holy shit, I wouldn't complain about it

Wow, eight hours? I've had various retail jobs in MA and none called for that.

Just retarded training videos.. at Staples we had to play a side-scrolling flash computer game where you're driving a van and come to various obstacles representing work enviornment situations like "You tell Jill that you like her hairstyle, and she seems uncomfortable. The next day she changes her hair. Do you- Stop (red), Proceed with Caution (yellow), or Continue Behaviour (green)?

If you answer wrong you get hit by the Sexual Harrassment Train.

Retail jobs. I've built gym floors across New England. I did not realize what I was doing wrong, it was awesome. The guy wanted to walk out on us many times during it, saying he's never heard of one company doing so many things wrong and dangerous.
