I forsaw when I started this trip that I might have some trouble sleeping while staying at the Yaris Hilton, so I picked up something to comfort me and help me sleep.

I'm currently in the back of my car in a KOA campground outside Salem OR, just off Enchanted Forest Way.  There is a run down, possibly deserted mini amusement park at the front gates and I am creeped the fuck out.  I have to sleep here tonight, and I swear to god I keep expecting to see old man Wilkins in a bigfoot outfit running around scaring ( Read more... )

A couple of notes from the road:

The drive out here was the longest one day drive I had (950k), and my back was good after 12 hours on the road due to a five dollar neck pillow I had stuffed behind my back for lumbar support.  Best purchase of the trip.  GPS a close second.

Rock Band has released I Mother Earth's 'Levitate'  as DLC... on a DVD 'Metal Rock Pack'  for $29.99 that has 20 songs on it, about 3 of which I want.  it vexes me greatly.  I am vexed.  Why would they do this? IT'S NOT FAIR IT"S NOT FAIR!!!

I'm officially on vacation come Friday night.  I was thinking about going to Vancouver.  I talked to my boss yesterday and extended my time off to 3 weeks.  My trip to vancouver has expanded somewhat.
