Why am I posting twice in one day?

Actually...I know why. I think it's because I feel like I'm going to have a heart attack! I just drank a venti non-fat sugar free vanilla latte in about 5 minutes. WAYYYYY too much caffeine is in my system right now.

I ran for 81 minutes last night without a break! I think it's definitely the longest I've ever ran for! At least without a break. So now I just need to start working on my speed. After running my left knee hurt quite a bit... I wonder if different running shoes would help ( Read more... )

Every Friday morning I now have a scheduled outlook meeting from 9:00-9:30 to discuss the prior nights episode of The Office with my boss.
