I apologize for the actions of my countrymen. I am American, living in Thailand, and I see shit like this all the time. It disgusts and shocks me.

(Not that Americans are the only ones who do it... I've seen plenty of British, German, Australians, and even Thai men who do crap like this.)

I hate the perverts and brazen wonton sex fiends here in Asia. They make me sad to be western. However, the governments of Asia need to work harder to ease poverty levels in order to combat places like the Philippines and Thailand being seen as being full of prostitutes and easily bedded children. It's a self perpetuating cycle of sadness and misery.

Again, sorry he did that to you, and if I were there, I'd have shut him down. Maybe I'd licky face back at him just to freak him out.
