I've been to Maastricht, found a good souvenir/joke/fancy dress shop. And a statue with a flaming torch. Like actual fire.

You're probably away already so this is a bit late, but I think the shop was near the cool statue. I was only there for a day, was actually staying in Valkenbourg and it was a couple of years ago so I'm a bit hazy with the details.

We Are Scientists was fantastic, really good and the guys are just as funny in real life, and they have really high voices!

hey, yeah i was away but i did find that statue with the real fire, it was in the big square i think (i was pretty reeking when i stumbled across it)

couldnt find the joke shop tho, ta anyway tho.

maastricht is a nice place like, apart from almost getting run over with bikes every 2 mins! lol

did you go to the barfly aftershow and meet w.a.s after the gig? they seem like well funny dudes from what i have seen of them
