The fucked up thing is that the food was in a little amazon.com box, which we found empty, by the front door. they came in, took a few things and walked out the front fucking door. AND!!!! locked it behind them.

I've put locks in all the windows, and am now waiting for my drill to finish charging so I can finish installing deadbolts. I wish I could put in a laser system a la Resident Evil to julienne cut anyone else who might decide to come back for the rest.

And yeah, it's a good thing they didn't have much time. They were in the office too, because Alicia's Health Savings Account checks are gone. There's not much in there, but still. Had they gotten to the bedroom they would have gotten some jewelry, and my fucking gun that was on the floor in the closet. at least I know they weren't in the bedroom.

And the birthday was tame. We had decided to cancel dinner before this all because noone could make it, and it was just a lame day all around.

Ray's tapes ran from 2 am to 8 am, and I'm almost certain it happened Monday night between 630 and 11 while we were seeing Grindhouse.
