* Saw Alice in Wonderland with Yoli and Bree. I liked it, but for all the hype I found it rather...lackluster. The amount and variety of color, the character designs, and the music were all very well-done but the characters themselves were kind of flat, and the storyline seemed mediocre; not to mention anticlimactic. But whatever! It was a good

Sighhhh I hope Bariah goes to PCC so I can see her in that fabulous costume~
Couldn't agree with you more on the anti-Vic-ness. Honestly, I cannot stand him as Edward, but it's purely personal preference in this case so I wouldn't dream of holding it against him. I fell in love with Romi Paku's voice as Ed first, and his voice is so different from hers that it was a bit jarring lol. He's an absolutely fantastic person and I was amazed at how well he pulled of Tamaki! I might have flipped out a little when I saw him at Saboten. e3e; Just a little. /rambleramble
Glad to hear your dad got a new car! :'D Sports car, huurrrr nice~ ;D

I never saw much of the original FMA but what I did see, I thought he was a good Ed because I didn't know anything different. With Brotherhood, I've been watching it with subs so it's Paku Romi as Ed, and she's fantastic. She nails all the right parts. And at the same time there are things I like about Vic's voicing of Ed. So I'm kind of conflicted between the two. xD But yeah, he IS Tamaki. <3

Romi's voice always kind of amazes me... <3 She hits the emotions so hard, which is just perfect for Ed. I haven't watched enough of the eng dub to really judge Vic though. I was actually kind of dismayed when he got Tamaki's part, because, again, fell in love with Miyano Mamoru's Tamaki first! But wow, he totally owned character. ;D I suppose he and Tamaki are fairly similar in character sometimes, though Vic's not quite as flamboyant. XD

I agree about Vic too. I've never gone to one of his panels, but I've always heard how sweet he is. And it doesn't seem to me he's pushing his religion on anyone either. The problem seems to be that most people think even a positive mention of religion is pushing it on them. They can be so touchy about it. I think part of the problem is also that any sort of Christianity is very unpopular right now. XD

You took the words right out of my mouth about Vic-bashing. Being a Christian myself, he's who I'd like to model myself on in my faith, even if I'm not the biggest fan of some of his acting work...
Cosplay chess... ah. xD Even though I was a pawn, that was pretty cool. And I think I have a class with Kaiba's little brother. o o

I think it's great that he's a Christian in the voice-acting industry. As there are still a lot of people who think being a Christian means you can't like anime/manga. *shrug* Dunno where that idea came from. And yeah, I don't like all of his roles but I can't think of an actor where I liked EVERYTHING they did. xD
Ooh, who were you in Cosplay Chess? :0
