Actually not seen it, but the title amused me :)

You know, it's been a long time since Romero's done anything that didn't get into a long wordy meta-essay about human life. I think he lost it around the time of Day of the Dead and never got it back.

I guess I just don't dig his characters' long monologues about this that and the other wink wink oh yeah a reference to whatever. They tend to get a little unwieldy for actual conversation style. Kevin Smith's got a similar tag but his characters and their setting are more believable with the tomes they speak.

I do love Romero. All stuff up to Day works for me.
