There's a scientific explanation for the weird weather currently hitting Vancouver Island.

"It's kind of crappy, there's no doubt about it," said Environment Canada meteorologist David Jones. "We've had the whole shooting match." Why did Bill Giles never describe the weather as crappy, that's what I want to know
