According to Google Scholar, by PhD has been cited in a paper by a group of scholars from Nanking University, China. This pleases me as the number of people I expected to cite my thesis was close to 0

Thanks, looks like they read some of it (as they used at least one term I created for the purposes of the write up) and understood it and its limitations. They were in turn cited by 35 other papers, which means my thesis is in the greater linkage of the world now, at least.

This does indeed make me happy on a academic front. Small fry for youse, I'm sure :)
