You can download Thunderbird, which is the email client - this is better than "Lookout" or "Lookout Depress" (names stolen shamelessly from Sam.) It's not perfect, but it's pretty good.

I don't know anything about HTML stuff - so I have no idea if it's got anything like that. Check the website and see what you find :)
