aha pat boyd is the super genius of the universe... too bad he is going to down for "attempted manslaughter" lol so for the foodsafe.. I worked in like 3 kitchens without it but that was probobly because after I worked in the first kitchen the rest of them assumed I had it. An employer would definately choose someone with certification in the field over someone who doesn't have certification and you need foodsafe to be a chef yes level 2, Jesse 1 Pat boyd 0
