For me, it's not just the excessive grease/salt/sugar that gets me. The bland sameness of chain-restaurant food that gets to me. They all get their supplies from the same trucks, the same warehouses, and the same factory farms. There is little difference in the flavors between restaurants because they all use the same high-shelf-life, high-transportability, mass-produced ingredients from the same suppliers.
