// Don't bother if it's not visible

yayyyy you're alive :D

I'm still annoyed about that contract thing. Seriously, who lets someone get that far into things before going "oh nevermind bye."

I'm struggling to even stay in my field, lol. Teh dramas. I almost want to do something else but I'm left with no money to pursue another education at the moment :p

At any rate, I'm happy for your US citizenship! Those are a real pain in the butt to get if you don't have an "in," apparently. It should really help you out when looking for another job.

Never been to NB but it sounds, er... kinda dull. I love my little rural town but at least there are sidewalks here, haha. Also it's within reasonable driving distance of a real city. 8)

Hope things get better - I've been learning the hard way myself that things tend to get worse before better, but here's hoping for the best~

Aside from a handful of cities, almost all of New Brunswick seems to be only slightly more densely populated than where you used to live. This town I'm in now doubles in size during the summer due to all the tourists. (And unfortunately, this year, motorcyclists)

The US citizenship is a big thing if it goes through, and after checking around it seems like it should, I definitely have all the criteria they need for me to inherit citizenship from one parent. I used to discard a lot of potential jobs because they were in the US; with this, I could find better prospects. And visit all my US friends with less hassle at the airport, too, or even move down there.

Thank you for your thoughts, and I hope things get better with you as well. With any luck you'll find a good spot in your field too.
