It's tricky. It's a category that we somehow always file under 'not really as important as most other types of movies cause all they do is make us feel good

Can I suggest a guilty pleasure of mine? The Lion King. Lovely feel good movie.
Also, Finding Neverland has one of the most wonderful moments from any movie - when they perform the "I do believe in fairies" bit from Peter Pan. Wonderful stuff!
Agreed with Lion King- 'FInding Neverland' I didn't watch as they, imo, sugar-coated a lot of Barrie's very disturbing background. He left us with a very powerful seminal story but he was a pretty messed up character himself.

Breaking Away Jack of Hearts and most people have not seen them, so they are good recommendations, not just "oh yeah, that one should (or shouldn't) be on the list"
