.

1) according to her flood of emails. with her many typos (that suited her own purpose of trying so hard to get a refund), the waist measurements for our shorts went from 16.5 inches, to 16 inches, then to 15.6 inches and finally to 15.3 inches.

it is not difficult to see her motive behind the many alterations to the measurements. we have sent her the above photo to show that the shorts is indeed between 14.5-15inches max (taken with her very camera AND measuring tape). she dismissed our proof, and slammed us with a bad name.

according to other more prominent online sellers who have been in this line for a much longer time, (and i respect their opinions), they do say that most understand there is a +/- 1-2cm difference in measurements. this fussy beyond fussy buyer fails to comprehend this little fact.

funny.

it's sooner or later you meet a most ridiculous and difficult buyer. i guess we're fortunate to meet one at the start. may we have better luck henceforth.

you would think with her torrent of rude indignance and anger, she would act upon her displeasure straight away. but no, this came really belated:

Feedback: measurements given does not tally with measurements
i made when i got the item. item way too big for me to wear.
request for refund was not granted.

thanks to all the (vastly) unwanted trouble she gave us (boy, it wasn't even worth making the sale with her!) , we have now decided to be extra vigilant. all measurements will be accompanied with photos (see below) to prevent future misunderstandings.

i have no idea how our measurements could be wrong when this is exactly how we take them. please judge for yourself.
