Yesterday we (the Crawford lab) shut down our server, Sirius, in order to get all the machines on the same operating system (Fedora Core 3) and to establish a batch queue for submitting jobs to the various clusters. Last night, everything was good to go and Dr. Crawford made sure that Sirius was ready for normal operation the next morning
