There's nothing endo about connective tissue, especially any change therein which goes unnoticed. I am tempted with the endo morph thing having to do with fucking up an electron cloud; but, Frebonius is a math name anyway.. B :nuzzles your tummy:
I have no idea what frobenius means, but I know that "endomorph" refers to a body type that is kind of pear-shaped. In humans an endomorph is a person who is... rotund. So I'm tempted to go with A or C. A seems likely because it refers to mammals and their body shape, but it seems like distortions in fatty tissue, not connective tissue, would make one endomorphic. C also refers to changing shape, but I can't visualize what you described so that's no help.
BUT you say that you're sharing this phrase because the name is bizarre... and that leads me to believe you saw it in a context where you wouldn't normally see the word endomorphism, meaning that the answer is not A and is probably not C. B apparently has to do with math, and that's kind of a bizarre name for a math-related phenomenon, so I'm going to jump on the bandwagon and go with B also.
