good job surviving! I'm impressed. I'm so sorry something like this had to happen to you, but now you've been warned so you won't take lightly to any possible problems in the lab in the future. Sometimes it takes a disaster to wake a nation to the problems it has.

p.s. good luck getting someone to investigate and fix what went wrong....
