I miss Julia Child...I have this big book next to me: Julia and Jacques Cooking at Home. You should watch PBS more. They have better cooking shows. Jacques Pepin is still around, "First Lady" Lidia Bastianich is wonderful, Sara Moulton has a new show, and I think Ming Tsai is also still on PBS. These are real chefs who actually teach you something about food and cooking.
