I was sometimes the same way with the work thing, but I found that smiling and being nice could be pretty rewarding. It makes you feel really good to help others have a better day. (Of course if the customer is just a bitch back you don't even want to bother)

i'm sure being positive is much less stressful, but it takes a lot of energy to be so hostile, i swear it's the easiest way to loose weight. Jay Kay.
