Ahh. No wonder! It's a big holiday in Japan~ Basically, it's just a day where the men can give back a little something to the women who gave them chocolate on Valentines Day.
The unwritten rule is you have give something that's thrice as expensive as a gift but it doesn't have to be that way! You can get creative with your present if you want. It's the thought that counts after all.
I'm not really surprised. Seems like half of us are totally clueless about it. You'd think they'd just tell us outright to save themselves some trouble.
