Have been asked to reprise a "role". I suppose that's a good indication of my "performance" last year, or maybe it's just courtesy.

My boss surprised me with his response when I asked for his opinion.

The role had given me tremendous exposure which is somewhat flattering and immensely scary every time I realize it.

Sometimes in the humdrum of "pragmatic adult living", one becomes lazy to think. You just do what you need to do and suddenly you find yourself in a well with an increasingly smaller view.
