I would like a little more detail into the "ridiculous reasons" section. Especially since I've been called ridiculous in relationships and I don't happen to find the "get some" attitude very appealing in any sense. For instance, if liking the person just for her looks is silly, then what about the opposite? What if I wasn't interested in what she looked like but how she acted toward me? Wouldn't that sort of alter the entire ritual/game/dance, whatever you happen to call it?

Rediculous reasons can be defined as the acts of a "womaniser." Or someone who likes a girl strictly for her looks and never gets to know her. Obviously as humans atraction begins with a persons appearance, but if men were cavemen (womanisers) they'd just act like dogs - get as many chicks as possible without making any "relationships." ...yeah, that's the basic jist of it...
