EEEEEE indeed. :D Thanks! I am indeed alive. I've been working on a few Torchwood-type things and watching CoE. I'm on the last episode, which airs tonight. *bites nails* I don't know how I feel now--THOSE BASTARDS FUCKING KILLED OFF MY BABY BOY. alsdkfj;asldjf *woeangst*

I posted this in the "Get Happy" comm but I don't know anything about them, so they deleted it because apparently no spoilers? 3 weeks after it airs no spoilers? *scratches head* And you MUST post this on the Comms, this is so good. I've never been a lover or hater of Gwen; I got frustrated by the inconsistency of how they wrote her but I actually really like the way the actress portrays her (like when she's asked to be so devoted to Rhys and fucking Owen and in love with Jack, which is more than a little ridiculous). And that they kept pushing Gwack down our throats - then I kinda took GDL's attitude that Jack has lots of love and his love for Gwen and his love for Ianto just aren't the same and aren't in competition.

Plus I'm kinda hard to offend; the thing I find most offensive is people who are easily offended. ;-)

And again, loved loved loved this fic. I shared it with a non-fanfic friend who is mourning CoE and she was like - wow, people like this should be paid for their writing. She liked my fix-it fic, too, so she's obviously VERY bright and has excellent taste. :-)

I agree with you about Eve Myles - she is a dedicated and VERY talented actress. Her character was a literal bombshell of emotion and action, and she managed to pull it off beautifully. Tell you what, though - I'm going to miss Gareth David-Lloyd like the deserts miss the rain. *sigh*
