How about doing as much work on B as you would have on A?

I know, I'm a big jerk. My real answer is "Not C". If you think A would reenergize you for B then do that but you must finish B 'cause I totally want to read it.

I second this. Commit to doing the same number of pages, or page re-writes, on the existing project - and reward yourself accordingly.

You could always get the Lego thing out of the way on Halloween! http://content.techrepublic.com.com/2346-22_11-167844-12.html

Break a leg! :)

If you think that working on the new novel for NaNo will re-energize you in your writing, then that's what you should do, and then follow up with more vigor on current book.

Every writer feels like giving up from time to time. That's how you can tell you're a real writer.

PS I second the 'I want to read this book'

NOT C! I'm leaning towards A, because maybe starting a new project will springboard your brain with ideas to finish the current book (or give you good ideas to jot down for later projects).

D) Realize you need more inspiration, spend more time online playing City of Heroes, quit job, move into Internet Cafe for rest of life.

Or, you know, something more logical...
