You are so lucky! I missed the whole weekend because of a stupid business trip. Tell me how it was? How many people where there?

I went. I woke up at 7am that morning (i never wake up that early especially on vacation) and went online and seen the news. We got to the venue around 11am and only 50 people were in line. I was expecting more.
A little after 12 they gave us wristbands and made us leave. We came back a little after 7pm and they let us in around 8. The head security there, or the guy who acts like it, was a total jerk. wow.

We got behind some people on Simon's side. During the show I moved closer because I couldn't see and had a blast. Around Freakshow Simon says something to me. Something random. I dont know if it was how are you or how about you referring to Robert's 'simon wants to play pop songs'. Funny man.
I was thrilled when they started playing Hungry Ghost but it sounded flat. Jumping someone else's train, Grinding Halt, 1015, Killing "another" such a good bunch.

I wish I took an actual camera in but my niece took these on her sidekick.

oh yes! awesome!!! i heard robert say something about simon in the video for freakshow but i couldnt figure out what it was, so thanks for the translation lol.
simo prob likes to play pop songs because he knows robert's gonna forget the words *HEART*

way to go niece! glad she got a picture of simo's tight legging'd backside! i was on the simon side when i went (back in summer) and, have to say, didnt necessarily fancy him before... but its hard not to when he's in front of you, in all three dimensions, hopping around the stage and playing the bass below his kneecaps. hawt.

and god yes, i loved the oldschool encore. i love the way 1015 goes into grinding halt and that they are ALL SOO FAST. it rocked my world.

thanks for telling us about the show! im glad to have heard from someone that actually went.. youtube is wonderful but it doesnt *describe* things, yknow?
