it seems like cold comfort right now--i feel adrift, particularly after just a moment ago reading that kerry has conceded the election. but i'm trying to remember that my ultimate citizenship is in the kingdom of God. and that just because God has allowed this to happen doesn't mean that he endorses bush (likewise, if kerry had won). and that all shall be well and all shall be well and all manner of things shall be well. just not quite yet.
