AHHH!

May 29, 2006 11:05

I was just looking at a calendar, and realized I only have 6 weekends left in the Northwest (since I'll be out of town two weekends in July). AHHH! Time is suddenly going by WAAAAAY fast!

Are you driving to Malibu???

IF SO STOP BY SANTA CRUZ/BERKELEY (not sure where I'll be) ON YOUR WAY DOWN.

We (Joni and I) are most likely driving down on July 31st (a monday). Are you going to be there already??

The current plan is to drive it all in one day (and so we'd be taking I-5 which is faster) but we might be able to break it up. Otherwise I can always drive back up and visit you!

HOPEFULLY. Currently the plan is to move around July 10th. If you still wanna do it in one day, you can still make a brief break for a snack or lunch, right? ;) That or I can drive whatever distance and meet you on your path for a snack.

Oh yeah, I'd totally be up for meeting up somewhere along I-5! My current plan is to drive to my brother's place in Highland (which is about 1100 miles- in one day) so taking much of a detour off I-5 would be painful.. but we definitely will have time to stop and eat! :)

Heyyyy if you drive through Texas you should totally stop into Austin and see Sarah and me!

oh wait, nobody ever takes trips that has them driving through this part of Texas.

Carry on as normal.

=D

I can't believe you're doing that drive all in one day. You = CRAZY!

Haha me and my friend bestobreezy had actually talked about doing a Texas roadtrip this summer, but it's just not going to work out for me financially or timewise... but I'm most likely coming to Texas in December... to DFW though and by plane. WOO!

I love your state!! Although (see pic in comment above yours....) ;)

PS: yes I'm very crazy!! Last August I did it in one day as well, and stayed for two days, then turned around and drove it again! My bro was with me but at that time he didn't have a license so the driving was all me. WOO!

So, regarding the dream to which you referred in the now-deleted comment you left in my journal, who was this girl?

It was just so weird that I had a dream involving someone I barely know and I wanted to tell you so I just wrote it in a comment and then deleted it so it wouldn't be quite as weird as the fact that I had the dream at all. But the face of the girl was the face of one of your lj friends who has a picture for one of her icons.. triphicus? Not sure if it was actually *her* in the dream.. that may have just been the face my brain through in there since I'd seen the icon on one of your entries.

triphicus, the blonde? I find this fascinating (I'm probably much weirder than you =-P), because-well, to avoid biasing your retrospective interpretation of your dream, what do you know or believe of me, her, and the relations obtaining therebetween that might influence such a dream? (Don't worry about being pejorative.) Also, do you know what we represented? Sometimes one person "stands for" another in dreams, and given that triphicus has the same name as another LJ person, who knows?

Yeah, that's who was in the dream. Now that I'm thinking about it, I distinctly remember thinking it was actually her in the dream (not possibly someone else that just happened to have her face). I actually don't know anything about your relations other than I've seen you mention her in posts and converse with her in comments and that her icon has her face on it ;)

I have no idea when it comes to interpreting dreams. I've been known to dream things like I was running from the puerto rican mob (do they even have a mob?) and Andy Griffith was my sidekick. I'm not the most credible dreamer ever! :)
