Saw this a few months ago at a friend's house and liked it. My first exposure to Asia Argento's acting, which generally impressed me in terms of the risks she was willing to take (though one can't help but be a bit disturbed by the roles she's taken under her father's direction)--in addition to the naturalness of her expression. Fairly engrossing thriller, though the title and syndrome she suffers feel incidental to the main focus.
If you liked her, check out Scarlet Diva which she starred in and directed. It's pretty disturbing too, although The Heart is Deceitful Above All Things takes the cake.
