Wow, I didn't know you could make gifs in CS3. I use CS4, but with screencaps. It seems faster, if you ever wanna try it out.

I hate that if you want to sharpen something to make it clearer, you have to do it to EVERY layer, which I don't even bother to do. Grr Photoshop.

I used to do it with screencaps, but it's such a pain in the ass to get all the caps in the right order.
