Ok, so my assignment for poetry class is to come up with a poetry metaphor....such as "Poetry is the bonsai tree of literature" or "Poetry is like Madonna, continually innovative and without limits" etc. And I'm completely stuck. So if any of you fine folk out in livejournal land are feeling metaphorical...PLEASE send some ideas my way...
