It's considerably better than the previous two prequels. I didn't mind The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones myself, but this third one is definitely worth watching! The cheesy moments are still there (not as bad as the previous two though), but after 5 movies of it there's no excuses for not expecting it, haha.
