Coming Home Again!!!

So this'll be my first post in forever. I shall be returning to Seattle in September. Well, I put in for leave on the week of the 4th. It has yet to be approved, but that is the start of a month of Charlie status, meaning there is zero chance of us being recalled for work. There's no reason it shouldn't be approved

Hey, Lumpy and I were actually talking about you just a few days ago. Basically just to the extent of 'Have you heard from Tom recently?' 'I wonder how he's doing...'

We'll have to do lunch or something when you're back up here.

Yeah, I do live. Well, the cell phone is the same as before, so feel free to give me a call. I think I lost all of yours when I switched phones, though. But, yeah, I've got so many stories. And I'm sure you do too.

In short, I'm doing great. I'll be a petty officer soon, before the year's up most likely. I can't wait to stop fixing buoys and start saving the environment like I joined the Guard to do.
