I don't remember if I posted about Officer Snook back when it happened. Basically, the Coast Guard gets heavily involved with Seafair each year. Me, I volunteered to work at the Sea Partners booth. Think of it as a public outreach program put on by the Coast Guard Auxiliary. We handed out flyers on boating safety, as well as sought out potential
