Started at 193.5, but didn't get the scale for like two days after i started working out. Whats tracked is one full month on the scale. First weigh in was 192. latest weigh in is 172.5. Loss of about 5% body fat so far.

It sends it to a website that i log into to check the progress. This is a screenshot of my progress so far ;o
