Gibo is intelligent. But intelligence alone is never sufficient to lead this country. Marcos was intelligent. And so was GMA. But if they are bereft of moral considerations, then they don’t deserve to lead this country

Well, he's no saint of course. :-) But if you can link to me any scandal that can be linked to him exclusively, then I might not vote for him after all. But to date, I still believe in his integrity and honesty.

scandal? of course, the hacienda luisita massacre and agrarian reform. :) i'm pretty sure you're familiar with the case and his standard reply - my family's shares are too inconsequential to matter. but he was a senator then, and he didn't do anything, except sidestep the issue.

whoever said for evil to prosper because good men do nothing. is he a good man? did he do anything? sometimes, inaction is as contemptible as causing the harm itself. :D

Does Noynoy in particular have big shares in luisita? or is it his relatives that are also really powerful (i.e. Peping and Danding Cojuanco). The link cannot be established clearly unlike the link between the DND chief and the private armies.

Are there any more scandals?
