Are they shoes?

Despite the fact that America is terribly unhealthy, one has to bear in mind that there has never before now been a time when it was possible to be healthier. Yes, the culture and the government make it difficult to find information about the proper way to work out or about proper nutrition. I have in mind here, for example, those mandated tables ( Read more... )

Oh, you're quite the early adopter... Do you only wear them running? In researching them, I saw one report of someone being told he could not wear them at his gym. I figure I might as well just wear shoes at the gym...I don't think my Nike Frees are so overcushioned as to interfere with my posture during weightlifting. (At my undergrad gym I worked out only in my socks, but a bureaucratic mess like UCSD would probably never allow that.)

Yes, true barefooting is fine for the beach, but I do most of my running in parks, on sidewalks, etc.

I got the KSO model.

Hey, I got the black on black ones too! I thought they were slightly less conspicuous. It's good to hear that theory confirmed.

...

I was going to order this, but they don't have them in my size (size 15). The highest size they have is 12. What? Do they think tall people don't exist? Oh well, maybe they'll expand their sizes eventually.

That's twelve INCHES in length, not a size 12. Your foot isn't really 15 inches in length, is it?

Aah! You're right! They even had a red message there warning against that mistake but I still made it!

But good, I'll measure my foot and then buy these. Just have to decide on style/color/etc. next.

Ugh, my foot is actually longer than 12", even so. It's 13". I wonder if I'd be able to fit a 12" one. Probably not :(

Oh cool... I thought these were more expensive than they are. I'll have to bookmark the site for when I have the spare change.
