How did you get into the series? Well, my Aunt wanted me to read it forever but I didn't want to get caught in the phenomenon. I forgot about it for a while, then saw the 1st movie when I was about 11 and said- I AM READING THIS. Read it and realised how much more awesome the books are so got hooked and obsessed, and grew with the trio =)
Do you only read the books, only watch the movies, or both? Both, though of course, I prefer the books =) I like the movies in a non-connected way, because the details they miss are painful.
Favorite Character(s): *DEEP BREATH* Luna, Neville, On top. Hermione, Ron, Harry on same level. Then Fred, George, Mrs Weasley, Dumbledore, Draco, Hagrid... I can keep going if you want...
Least Favorite Character(s): The obvious, UMBRIDGE and OMG PERCY MUST DIE. But although I don't REALLY hate her, if started going WON WON!!!!!!!! around me like Lavender, I might have to pull Avada Kadavra on her ass.

How did you get into the series? My mom bought the first 3 books as a birthday present -- 1999-ish. The rest is history. ^^;
Do you only read the books, only watch the movies, or both? I *love* the books and think of the movies as an alternate canon. The movies are fun and I do love them.
Favorite Character(s): Neville (Neville, and more Neville.) XD I like just about everyone; especially the Weasleys, Luna, Tonks, and Lupin. <3
