sleep tip #1: don't consume caffeine and then get excited for some reason. Caffeine's chemical effect on the body is to prevent the breakdown of adrenaline; it doesn't do anything directly to the body.
sleep tip #2: don't go to college. 'Nuff said.
sleep tip #3: actually, I suffer from insomnia myself, so I don't have any really useful tips that are dependable.
hey, thats all right, think i might be developing narcolepsy. i have this habit of falling asleep when ever i don't move from a certain position for about 15 minutes or so... this includes driving, which is really kinda scary
