What is It?

I just had the most amazing dessert, and other than yummy, I have no idea what it is called.

It was a bar that seemed to be toasted coconut, honey, and rose water. I tried googling the ingredients, but could find nothing definitive.

Oh! It was so good.

Oh man, that just utterly filled me with lust.

I hope you figure out what it was! That sounds divine.

I'm still threatening to make halva mochi at some point. It strikes me that rosewater might be a good final ingredient. And Bonnie was just telling me about a little mochi making machine that's not too expensive. Hmm.

You should do it, and then tell me all about it.

What was the texture? Chewy? Crunchy? Where did you get it?

It was chewy, but firm, and came off a plate of random pasteries in the office kitchen.

Ah, bummer, I was hoping for an answer like "an Indian restaurant" to help in the search. ;-)

I found out later, that it is a layered dessert, and I was only eating the top, or possibly the botto. There is a pistachio creme filling too.

It only made it better.
