I have been experimenting with differnet kinds of vegetable cooking cuts as I use eat the same thing everyday. I would most def like to learn some of your cullinary tricks as well. =)
i don't know if you like spices much but some cumin, hot smoked paprika and a little bit of chipolte chile powder would give it a spicy smoked flavor :)
I wish the kitchen was bigger and I had more people to cook for. I just made the same-ish thing but with beef, carrots, and egg for a small party on Friday. Pictures to be posted soon. =)
