Glad it wasn't as bad as you thought this morning, still sounds pretty tough, so sorry about that :( Don't worry about crying.. I do at some really stupid things let alone the things that actually justify crying about!

Sounds like a good idea, looking after yourself for a bit, keep it up hun :)

Take care xxx

By the way, I shall do my best to comment ;)

i never liked to cry, or show signs of weakness, everyone always looked up to me, respected me cause i was always the strong one, i could get through anything with out breaking down, i miss that person i was, i think he just lost all reasons to carry on fighting, maybe apart of him will come back one day.

lol, and i'm glad your commenting, its some others im worried about lol *huggles* xxxxxx

Crying isn't a sign of weakness though.. and people sometimes respect you more when you show your true self, it makes a strong person if they can show how they really feel. I know crying helps me a lot of the time. And also you shouldn't necessarily miss a part of you that you were, cos people change sometimes, and you're lovely how you are now :) I'm sure there will be a time when you feel strong within yourself again, but until then, just keep going, you're doing just fine! xxx *hugs*

the blood test is just to measure levels of certain chemicals in your blood, sometimes depression can be caused by or made worse by a thyroid problem!
