I watched Mamma Mia the other day too. It is my sisters favourite movie. I agree with your sentiment. It was OK, nothing more.

As for a gay Colin Firth, it was so random after seeing him play the "Mr. Darcy" character so many times. Still he made an excellent gay guy. You are right, he is an excellent actor.

I've been watching the recent P & P that everyone seems to hate. Oh well, I really love it and have been watching bits of it each night before I go to sleep. Mr. Darcy only smiles once in that whole movie, but when he does, I swear I melt every time. You should watch it, he is so gorgeous. :):)
