Havelock leads his lordship through the portal once more. He glances at the bench for a moment, then turns to Vetinari. "Would you like to talk here, or would you prefer to take tea?"

"Tea would be most welcome, Havelock."

[thedogbotherer]

"Indeed." He leads the way to the house, though, of course, he knows that his lordship is familiar with it. Protocol dictates. They enter through the garden door, and procede through the house to the Ersatz Drawing Room. He gestures towards a chair. "I will see that refreshments are brought momentarily, sir."

"Very good." He smiles.

He returns a few moments later and settles into a chair. He is silent until the servant enters with the tea tray and departs again. He pours a cup for his lordship.
