Characters: Rayne, Roxas
Setting: Blind Bedroom
Time: Day 007
Summary: Roxas said too much and now he's going to pay the price.
Warnings: Roxas and Rayne are in the same room. Rayne is pissed and she's gonna paint the walls red. AKA lots of violence, lots of language, lots of blood. Oh, and death too.
Not long after the sun had come up after that excruciatingly long first night, Roxas had moved out of Rayne and Namine’s bedroom and found his own. There was no way he would have been able to stay with them. Namine he could deal with - he liked her (or he liked her as much as it was possible for him to like anything), she was worth being nice to, and he usually found himself enjoying talking to her. But Rayne…
Rayne was another matter altogether. He never thought he could dislike anything or anyone as much as he did the Organization and DiZ, but then he met Rayne and she sure as hell proved him wrong. Living with her was obviously out of the question.
He was glad to have his own room again. He had missed the quiet and seclusion he had been accustomed to. In the Castle that Never was he had his own room and he had his own room in Twilight Town too.
Not that it had been real, but it had been his all the same.
Lately he had more to think about than his roommates, or lack there of as the case may be. There was that woman, Anna. He’d met her in the Observatory not too long ago and it was a strange meeting to say the least. The boy found himself trusting her which was, well, strange. Roxas didn’t trust people easily - they had to earn it. But Anna…she had done nothing to earn his trust, but he still opened up to her.
And then there was that kid in the library. The encounter unnerved him, to say the least. He’d asked all those questions and he couldn’t help but feeling he’d said far more than he should have.
Then again he was probably just being paranoid. It wasn’t like he’d told him anything useful.
