Miku, admittedly, had still been largely avoiding the rest of the housemates. She... she had died. And that had gotten rid of the unfortunate side effects of the experiment that she'd gone through, but she couldn't completely shake either. For one, she could plainly remember all of the voices and faces that she had seen around the house. Around every corner. And besides... she had died. To her, whether it was temporary or not, that was never something she could get over. To have a beast tearing into her ( ... )

Sorry this tag is so short and crappy. fangirls July 22 2010, 03:32:11 UTC
Marta lifted her head as she heard the sound of footsteps, accompanied by the sound of a timid voice. Any signs of her bad mood were instantly erased as she caught sight of her roommate and good friend, a smile rising to her face as she quickly pushed herself up into a sitting position. Well, that accounted for one of them, at least...

"Miku!" She enthusiastically greeted the other girl, almost as though her bad mood from before had been a lie. "Long time no see! Where have you been?"

((ooc: short is fine especially because I am late as heck ;_; ))

Miku, shy and reserved though she was, couldn't really hold herself back too much around Marta. Her roommate was simply far too cheerful, and far too friendly for Miku to not respond at least somewhat in turn. It'd made her uncomfortable at first... but she'd grown used to it, and even to appreciate it a little.

The shyer girl gave a small smile to Marta, and inclined her head slightly. "Ah... around, I suppose," she said, though in truth she'd probably just been avoiding her too much. "And... and yourself?

"Looking for you, of course!" Marta complained, then added as an afterthought, "Well, you and Hidan. I haven't seen him around lately either...I was starting to think that you guys had left me alone in this creepy house~"

She tried to feign annoyance, but ended up just sounding melodramatic. Still, the fact that she was just relieved to see one of her roommates back was written all over face. For as frustrating as the situation was, she couldn't help but smile when she was with one of her friends. Now, if she could just find Emil and maybe Hidan--he wasn't really a friend, but the room felt empty without him--everything would be perfect.

"I-I'm very sorry," Miku replied immediately, bowing her head again. "I didn't mean to make you worry." She honestly hadn't, and it did make her feel a little guilty. Because of her own situation she had avoided everyone, including Marta-- and therefore leaving her alone. Of course, she had expected Hidan to be around... and while she had never been too fond of the man, she still regretted his disappearance. She could only hope for the best... but she couldn't quite believe in the best. Not here.

She felt a little awkward in this situation, though also pleased to see Marta again. She had missed her friend and room mate-- and she was positive that the feeling was mutual. "I hope you've been well."
