Ever since a private school education was available.

The correct thing to say would have been that the United States federal government has terribly failed the American public school system. and im not talking about the stupid standarized tests that we are adminstered under No Child Left Behind.

Agreed. 100%. We may not be affiliated with the same politcal party but its nice to know that we can see eye to eye on education. It's a non-partisan issue that has become deeply partisan.
