His name is Ishida Mitsunari. He is dressed in black armor and a white and indigo jacket. Does that help?

... He has the potential to be dangerous. He and Motonari Mori [the Farfetch'd points to the green helmeted guy on the sign] have been feuding over the island of Shikoku for many years and I worry they may continue that feud here.

Otherwise I would not be concerned. He does not seem to have any sinister intentions.
