California Proposition 91

For those that don't know, California had a Proposition on the ballot that originally had meaning, but was eventually rendered obsolete. As such, the supports wrote "DO NOT VOTE FOR PROPOSITION 91" in the "For" column of the For/Against statements. The Against was clearly blank
